Apart from my job at EY, I also teach at UCLL – a job I got thanks to EY’s network – I play competitive sports and have an active social life. EY’s flexibility makes it possible for me to do all of those things without being overworked. Covid made companies more lenient, but EY has always prioritised their employees’ freedom.

“YOU CAN’T BE 90% SURE OF YOUR WORK, YOU NEED TO BE 200% SURE.”

“EY gives me the tools, the support system and the knowledge to deliver work that I can be proud of. When my client is happy, I am too and it’s all thanks to the environment I work in.”
“I’m not arrogant enough to think that I am already at the top of the ladder. Thank God, because I hope that there will be new ladders for me to climb until the day I retire.”
“I once witnessed a serious accident. Later that evening, I was already on the phone with a psychologist that EY arranged for me, who helped me handle this traumatic experience. EY leaves nothing up to chance.”
“Are you ready for the biggest cliché ever? My colleagues have truly become my friends. We don’t compete. Instead, we help each other and celebrate together. It’s what makes our work worthwhile.”
“If you like a flat structure in which you can barge into a partner’s office to brainstorm about a case and address them by their first name… Welcome to EY.”
