What can I expect from an Assessment Day?

The Assessment Day takes place at our head office in Diegem and lasts approximately 3 hours. This half-day includes a presentation about EY, an individual pitch, a group discussion, and an individual writing case. The spoken language during the Assessment Day is English.

The focus is on both your technical abilities and your soft skills, including how you think, communicate and collaborate.
